The acting career of Reese Witherspoon began to grow after she attended Stanford University. Her early successes in her acting career include films such as Pleasantville and Election however, her performance as Elle Woods was the turning point for her. In the following years, she was a part of several shows on television, such as House of Lies Whitney, Better Call Saul and The Invisible Man. She also appeared as a character on The Dictator (1998) and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2006). Alongside her acting career she is an excellent painter, and exhibits her work at numerous galleries.
