Tracy Spiridakos is a Canadian actress, known for starring as Charlotte "Charlie" Matheson on the NBC post-apocalyptic science fiction show Revolution and for which she has been nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Actress on TV. Spiridakos originated in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Greek-born parents. When she was four years old and was adopted by her family, they moved her to Skala. The Greek town is situated near Sparta. She is strongly connected to her Greek roots and is fluent in Greek. Her high school graduation was in Winnipeg, in 2000. Spiridakos relocated to Vancouver for the 2007 season to study acting, and within weeks she was offered her first TV role in a minor part of Supernatural.
